After ‘34, colder weather returned, but it’s remained cyclical since. People have a tendency to remember Winters as colder when they were kids, no matter when they grew up (generalization)- but here’s Skippy in the early 30s remarking on it.

Some of the highest and lowest temperatures in Oklahoma occurred during the thirties.

Some kids grow up without ever seeing snow in real life because of where they live. Sometimes we take too much for granted.

If winters keep on gettin’ much milder, we’ll never have any snow at all.
