That is a most interesting chart. Assuming it tracks something over time, they appear to have figured out time travel.

    Here I am!

Never fear, I am on the job…. bringing puzzles to the people!

Well, the puzzle was already brought, in the

December 7th, 2020 “Cleo and Company” on Sherpa……

But here’s the version you want to do… Horizontal, as such puzzles are intended to be:

    https://i.postimg.cc/G2Mmqs2K/Cleo-nine-differences-Dec-5th-20.png

    Puzzles are amusing, no doubt.

But nobody is as amused by a puzzle as Cleo is by Claude’s demands.

    Hahaha!

Did he suddenly think he owned a different dog?

Or for that matter… that he OWNED the dog he lives with?

    What a concept.

WE all know Cleo owns Claude.

As we puzzlers like to say…

    “Here’s a quarter, Claude.

    Buy a clue."

Now if Cleo was Garfield, she might be bribed with lasagna. Maybe bazooka rounds would work?

so I’d better post the solution and go to bed….

    NO PEEKING!

    https://i.postimg.cc/wB4XZ2wR/Cleo-solution-Dec-5th-20.png

In re: a comment I made last week…

it never occurred to me to say so, but if anyone can’t see what’s different in one of the differences… just ask.

I can always link to the answer on another page if it would be a spoiler at that time….

but just remember I return late, so it might not matter by the time I can reply.

Or somebody else might want to reply…

I suggest posting on a past day of the comments… if you say “look on he 3rd”, or “day before yesterday”, for example, you don’t even need a link..

    While I’m thinking about it…

How long till it’s OK for everybody to discuss the differences openly?

I always thought it should be the next day…. but now we have the Sunday comments on the same page as the puzzle.

Would that make them still spoilers?

Or do most of you not care anyway?

Am I the only one who does?

Still trying to figure out that chart on Ballard St….

    Time travel is right!

Looks like on August 8th they made it all the way to October 7th and back!

Good morning Ballardeers! Q Date: 267.98528.31 and a partly cloudy and normal temp day here in the upper Midwest.

The chart seems to show when the sales monkeys started alternating between writing Shakespeare and sales. Looks like the Shakespeare won.

Another NBR day. Stand alone phunny.

It’s Saturday. Y’all enjoy your day. (((((hugs!)))))

Only got 8 and I looked hard at where the 9th one was, but just didn’t see it. ( I won’t say what Cleo’s ear looked like when I first glanced at the comic ~ some kind of emoji)

Well, I had to stop at 8, too. I just didn’t see it! Fortunately, Susan gives us the solution so I don’t have to live in misery.

Puzzles are always fun! (no matter how bad I do)

Howdy Hi, Cleo fans… and past Ballard Street strip browsers… and internet wanderers…

and welcome back, to comment on the brand new (on a Sunday!) December 6th   (see, I DO know!) 2020 “CLEO and COMPANY” on Sherpa….

    http://www.comicssherpa.com/site/feature?uc_comic=cscwy

Now, of course sharing Saturday’s page.

    I love the lame duck!

C’mon, Ducky… s scoot on out of the picture.

Just in case anybody remembers from previous years…

I usually start out on December 6th with a big

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY shout-out to Candi…

I was planning to do that now…

but she has told me that, unfortunately, she’s temporarily lost her internet connection.

We’ll make it up to you, Candi, as soon as you give the OK.

Meanwhile… we’ll delay the cake and the catering.

Anybody who’s disappointed… how about a banana dak on me…. with or without alcohol.

    Or a hot toddy.

I just realised… I’d been talking to her so I posted happy birthday, above to “Candi”….

Luckily, I know she doesn’t mind, and she sometimes uses both around here…

or at least, you know… that’s my excuse and I’m stickin’ to it.

Maybe that’s subconsciously why I slipped, cos AFAIK I’ve never done that to anyone else.

But in case you don’t know…

It should have said “Happy Birthday StelBel!”

    Sorry, Stel!

I’m just so used to being “Susan” everywhere.

Having two names is too complicated!

Cleo should have given that lame duck a ticket for driving on the side walk. Then, she could have held the trial in the kitchen and sentenced that duck to the kettle that was on the stove.
