I loved the newspaper story! But, be careful Chesney. You don’t want to bring too much attention to the warehouse. The powers-that-be might investigate and tear the place down.
I just finished writing an article that involved Governor Marshall in Indiana and an event that occurred there three years later, in 1912. I love doing research, it’s like traveling in a time machine.
This strip is sheer genius. Mr. Harrop deftly mimics the quaint journalistic writing style found in the rest of the front page of this (possibly real?) newspaper. Well done!

Tough case for a jury. Poor sweet Annie vs Chesney-on-hiis-best-behavior-ever.

Today’s strip was a LOL. And we know that Chesney really loves Annie.

If left up to a jury, Chesney may have permanent housing on the loading dock! That little troublemaker is, well, trouble. HI to Gweedo and Mudd.
