Red (of Red and Rover) just got a bad grade for writing a report on Cap’n Crunch. Maybe if he clips out this strip and shows it to his teacher he can redeem himself!

AB (Able body)ordinary Seaman or LS (leanding Seaman) But a Ground Pounder, I suppose running aground could qualify.

In the US Navy, since there’s no insignia, it would be SA (Seaman Apprentice) Crunch.
