Optimism has failed Bernard once again. But tomorrow, he will be right back at it. Some people are built that way. Fortunately for all of us.

Well, sign abuse is certainly a code of conduct violation that could draw a fine and a penalty for unsportsmanlike behaviour, but on Ballard Street it’ll probably just be a verbal warning at most.

    I’m there.

    2nd upper GI today.

Hard to stay optomistic when you are hungry and thirsty and you know that someone is going to cram a hose down your throat in a couple of hours.

Great day you’re creating. Next, find a happy person and throw a pie into their face. Blueberry.

Lately, Bernard has been having sneaking suspicions that that darned glass of water is half empty

Better to be a pessimist and be pleasantly surprised than an optimist and become disappointed.
