Ah, so the little toad is aware that actions have consequences.
Happened to me, I was moving the ladder and paint can came unhooked. Luckily I was wearing a hate. The can didn’t cover my numbskull either, LOL!
Am I wrong or Jarvis is smiling in last panel?
Don’t worry, Master Sedgewick… they just wanted to include you in one of their little jests,
to show you how much they appreciate that you possess the “common touch.”
Couldn’t happen to a nicer rich kid. Ka Plunk!
On the one hand there is ‘luck’ and on the other is ‘stupidity’. You get to decide what to call it, but the consequences are the same.
The painter had pretty good luck. Nailed him on the first try.
sometimes there is a common sense aspect to these things, the ladder example is shown here, but think about all the glass shards from a broken mirror and other stuff like that.
Reminds me just a little bit of Richie Richs’ cousin Reggie Van Dough.(Although Reggie’s more meaner.)
Revenge of the commoners! Be careful whose ladder it is you choose to “boldly go where no Nuttingham has gone before” under, Sedgie Greenface….
