People who make false 911 calls for the sole purpose of harassing others based solely on race/ethnicity should be arrested and prosecuted for making false police reports over an emergency system and hate crimes.

And police who detain the victims rather than the criminals should also be prosecuted.

Too many African Americans have literally lost their lives over inappropriate police interactions (hence that whole knee thing).

looks like Roseanne. Valerie Jarret says it would be nice to walk down a street and not have a woman see her, clutch her purse and walk across the street.

They should be happy, that offence carries the death penalty, they should be thanking the police to be alive.
