And it’s a great weapon against mosquitoes I just found out! I live in FL and we kept getting eaten alive by mosquitoes every night since they fly in every time we open our front door. Instead of bathing in Deet (very unhealthy), someone online recommended we sleep with fans facing us. Mosquitoes are considered weak fliers and can’t land or fly well in wind that can be created by a regular house fan at in the med to high setting. Sure enough, we still have mosquitoes but they can’t bite us now so we’re going on a month with no bites!! (We also have a couple plug-in bug zappers that have been killing those curious mosquitoes who have flown into their lights when they can’t get to us)
