There’s an old tall tale about the legendary slugger Josh Gibson. One day, his team was playing in Philadelphia, and he hit a ball so hard that it soared up into the sky and never came down. The next day, they were at another game in Pittsburgh, and suddenly a ball came down out of the sky and was caught by the other team. The umpire pointed at Gibson and said, “You’re out! Yesterday in Philadelphia!”
