Been there, done that. I was looking for something and couldn’t find it. One day looking for something else, I find the first thing and went, well at least I know where they are. Then I went to use them and forgot again, LOL! I am good at this. I once lost the keyboard to my tablet for 2 years.
You’ll find it (in the same place you just looked and not found it) right after you’ve spent the time and money to get a replacement. Always works for me.
Reminds me of George Carlin: When people say “It’s always found in the last place you look.” Of course it is. Why the **** would you keep looking after you’ve found it?
