    If I remember correctly Charlene didn’t really have a choice but to go natural b/c like Marcy with Sunny she gave birth during bad traffic on the highway

    Natural childbirth at home with a midwife was so much less painful than medicated birth in a hospital with a doctor. Recovery was faster at home too. I did it both ways, twice each. The difference is incredible. In the hospital they give you drugs even if you are screaming that you don’t want them because in the hospital, everything is done for the doctor’s convenience.

    Seems to me that being good friends, including through at least one pregnancy each, Charlene and Marcy would already have had this conversation.
