Well, since reindeer are scarce, there were none to be found.

Lio, I see you caught that spider you were talking about the other day. Rather interesting that dad, who is wearing a jacket, is still wearing shorts.

It should be an ant not a spider - they are a lot stronger so could pull a sleigh with tons more toys :P

That spider had to retire from his predatory life due to the loss of a leg.

Is it me or does everyone think Lio is related to the Addams Family.

When “Lio” first came out I stated that Mark Tatulli is a worthy successor to Charles Addams and Gahan Wilson. That makes Lio related to the Addams Family in my book.

Makes me think of Odin’s eight-legged horse.

Ha. Only Lio could pull this one off …

Instead of a red nose, it has a red hourglass marking?

Y’know after all of Lio’s antics why would pop wonder why the kids were running?

If it’s a spider, it has too many body segments. If it’s an ant, it has too many legs. But we knew it was a mutant by the size.

It’s a cartoon character. And it’s anything I want it to be.

It is obviously a male spider. He is using the ‘missing’ left rear leg to groom himself (scratching his rump).

NG49 - The biggest confirmed ‘spiders’ are the ‘Birdeater Tarantulas’ of South America. With a 9” legspan (same as a dinner plate) the Therophosa blondi is the ‘King / Queen of the Tarantulas’.

My mom would probably have a heart attack if she saw that on our roof. I myself think it’s rather awesome.
