This should be interesting. She hasn’t been training very long…. why not start with a 5K or 10K?

My mother walked to the store to get her own cigarettes. She wouldn’t learn to drive, somebody might ask her to take them someplace, or do something for them.

Went to the supermarket earlier today to get skim milk, whole wheat bread, & fresh fruit. While I was there, I saw a huge, clearly morbidly obese woman smoking a cigarette and using a motorized wheeled shopping cart. I’m old and in poor health because we don’t get to choose our genetic heritage. I can’t thank you healthy folks who buy health insurance enough for subsidizing my health care because I’m not old enough for Medicare. I pay over $1K/month for insurance, and they still don’t make money on me. But I don’t behave in ways that aggravate my medical issues. It irks the &^%#$ out of me to realize that all of us, myself included, are subsidizing this woman’s obviously severe health problems when it is equally obvious that she does nothing to help the situation.
