Well, in classical mythology Diana/Artemis was often depicted accompanied by her dogs, since she was goddess of the hunt. Not really sure Labradors would be her thing (her dogs were bred to track and take down large prey, not retrieve dead waterfowl), but who knows? In the movie, Paradise Island had armadillos, so why NOT Labradors?
