Actually it is much more likely than that if she stayed in Hawaii. There are only 1.48 million people in Hawaii so the odds of seeing her are only 1 in a million for each person he sees. The more people he sees, the more likely it becomes.

Oh you know at some point he’s going to run into her and she WILL recognize him.
I’m sure Hawaii will be just as traumatized by the Drabbles’ visit as Ralph will be.
