    Would be nice if things could work this way, but ’tis not human nature. Omar has no incentive to change, and is rather being rewarded for his bad behavior.

    Rod needs keep Omar around till Friday. Rod will give Omar his check minus the money he stole then fire him and will have the last word and the satisfaction of firing the lazy bum.
