Or is it the Code of the Roosters? (This may not be as familiar stateside as it is in the UK and Commonwealth nations!

Rural joke: Why did the chicken…etc…? Ans: To show the skunk it is possible.

She crossed the road to lay an egg in an effort to have humans stop calling her “him” and “he,” or to say “why did the rooster cross the road.” A very political chicken, she was. Great fryer, though.

Take it to the nest level.
