“Barbacoa – the name itself sounds as if it is time to celebrate. It is an open fire grilling process where a whole sheep is made to roast slowly so that each fleshy part acquires that flabbergasting taste of barbecue bonfire. However, the sheep can also be grilled traditionally in a pit covered with leaves. This barbecue specialty was developed in Mexico just after the Spanish conquest and it was referred to as Barbacoa de cabeza.”
It’s a balmy 5 degrees here - that’s 41 to you filistines who still use Phahrenheit. Tomorrow it’ll be even warmer. The snow on the ground is fading fast. And this is in Wisconsin.
Wondering, though: if the seasons are four months long, doesn’t that require a sixteen-month year?
For one day, in the Kansas City area, it will be close to a record 68….tomorrow at noon it falls abruptly to teens, the people in the weather business say.

Spending the day drinking nectar and trying to keep cool – sounds like Paradise!

This strip always makes me feel good. Thank you Ralph Hagen and all the comment writers as well.

The hummy character is a hummingbird so kicking in pants probably would not work.
I wonder if they put margarita hummingbird feeders up down there?

It is 23 degrees here this morning. It could be far worse, but a beach in Mexico with a shot of Patron sounds mighty appealing.

JP Steve I certainly hope you aren’t referring to our little Rory in this roasting recipe of yours! :-)

But, I have to be honest and admit that I wish that instead of 3 months each, I’d like: Winter 1 month Spring 5 months Summer 1 month Fall 5 months
To each, his own. That’s jusy MY likes, not everyone else’s. I love”light jacket weather”.
