I used to relate to Ziggy so much, and he to me but, it rarely happens anymore.

While everyone else is knee deep in snow and ice,… he’s sniffing flowers in a sunny park, full of gigantic ‘forget -me -nots’?

smelling flowers can lead to bee stings which hurt far more than tickets.

Imagination and in a State of Confusion.

And when you sneeze, that’s “polluting the environment”, Ziggy.

Actually the human sneeze is designed to ‘throw away’ whatever ‘garbage’ was already in the air when you inhaled it.

Cleaner air would mean fewer sneezes for all! What a concept?!!

Go to court and fight the ticket, Ziggy. There should be a ‘No Loitering’ sign posted.
