Back has been flaring up the last couple of days. I did too much lifting while helping to paint the house Sunday.

Fortunately i had half the day off yesterday, only one client this morning, and tomorrow i’m going to the Portland VA for the CT and the X-Ray.

No lifting. Minimal bending.

Visitors have been known to slip a toe into his space just to see how he reacts. Millicent doesn’t encourage it.
