Apparently the trajectory is not set right – they are landing before they hit the net. Only took 2 clowns to figure it out!
Years ago I learned to spell my name and make sure the person had written it down properly BEFORE I pronounced it. It is pronounced “ray”, but when they see it spelled out people often pronounce it “ree-ahh.”
