You know I bet by the time these two are in Sr. High and after they are the best of Friends. In each others Weddings, God parents to their kids…….

You know those two like each other. Dakota is cute, must be the hat since she wears flats all the time. Thankfully, the weather has improved enough for Phoebe to for for shorts and a shirt, but not enough for flipflops.
