Sears was the “Amazon” of their day; revolutionary, innovative, and dominant. Now they’re totally irrelevant. Buying K-Mart was a big mistake, but I’ll never forgive them for buying & ruining Lands End.

Don’t forget the little kiosks where they chase you to get you to try their makeup sample.

Be sure to add a Starbucks or two. Or three.

Might as well knock down the mall before starting on the Big Box store – it ain’t gonna last.

And after the big box store puts the shopping mall out of business, Alice, you can knock it down and go back to old-fashioned sand castles. The market is strong for up-scale homes….
