This has nothing to do with todays’ strip; the lightbulb in my head just went off – Pearl and Opal! I wonder if there’s another sister named Ruby. It reminds me of the old Rosanne show where her friend Crystal had several sisters all names for gemstones. When Crystal was pregnant, Roseanne asked her if she was thinking about naming the baby after a gemstone. Crystal replied NO! I’m thinking this has to stop!. A friend and her sisters all have names starting with M. They both named all of their daughters with M names. And now the female grandkids are getting them. The boys weren’t cursed with this madness. That’s all. Just a bit of fluff from my early morning brain.
