I recall being asked to “spar” with gloves for a full 3 minutes with a heavy bag at some point in my self-defense classes. My arms were sooo tired at the end of that time and the bag wasn’t even hitting back! I was at that time and still am at the gym nearly every day, barring scheduling conflicts but my arms are definitely weak and Lila might be feeling the pain of unused/under-developed muscles being really worked moreso than an overall lack of physical fitness.
