I worked for many years for NASA in the Office of Space Flight (Code M back then; they have reorganized since my time there). While I was there, the Chief of the Booster Rocket Division was a woman who, if that woman in today’s strip is supposed to caricaturize, it does not do her justice. Aaaaaah, Karen! I had SUCH a crush on her!
Still the attitude of far too many young, male, “engineers.” (Snicker quotes because they don’t yet deserve the title. It must be earned, not conferred at graduation.)
