Great question Jon.

One of the old strips sort of mentioned Garfield’s weight. It was one of the “believe it or not” ones. It mentioned that Jon had a cat that could eat 10 times its body weight, and said that they offered the cat “270 pounds of lasagna”.

I’ve seen Jon pick up Garfield without trouble, so I doubt Garfield weighs that much
