When on the bike path, I will say, “Excuse me,” or “Coming through,” or “On your left.” Otherwise I might just use my Zounds Airhorn®. They will sure hear that!
And this is what the Reich wingers like over etiquette and manners some call “P.C.” which has little to do with actual politics. But some now find it dangerous.

Nothing new, there. Most of the “Excuse me’s” I have heard are usually stated in that “Get the hell out of my way!” tone.
