Oh dear, he doesn’t look happy. Of course, he never does, but still . . .

I’ve stayed there before.

Oh, gosh, the layout in panel two is so present day hotel. The hotel I work at looks a lot like that.

So, they traveled through the ’70’s into the present (well, our present)?

I remember as a teenager in the 70’s thinking those egg shaped chairs were oh so cool. Awhile back I happened to run across a couple of them at a swap meet, had to have been one of the most uncomfortable things I’d ever sat in? ;^)

Shout out to the eero aarnio ball chair!

Man, panel 1 is like grooooovy. You dig!

You realize, of course, that all that 70’s stuff will come back again when we get tired of bland off-white walls and beige carpets.

Would have been hilarious if the crew’s clothes had been made over to match the decor…
