Kids in jail, protesters murdered by “very nice” Nazis, lock her up, second amendment solutions, “release those emails, Putin”, blatant violation of the emolument clause, refusal to release tax returns, firing Comey because he wouldn’t “go easy” on a confessed guilty traitor, Campaign chair guilty. Personal attorney, guilty. National Security adviser, guilty.

There may not yet be a trial by jury (please, let’s have at least one of those), but there is sure enough to justify impeachment and removal from office. So, yeah. J’accuse.

Well, considering that a Senate Confirmation is NOT a court trial and DOES NOT bear the same burden of proof, no, I don’t need to PROVE anything. It’s a job interview and he’s UNFIT. I’m not sending him to prison, I’m simply uncomfortable giving him the job. Prove he’s not and I’ll apologize.

See, “proof” is one of them words that only applies in certain situations.

Like when a Republican judge is nominated to the Supreme Court, and perjures himself on live TV, well, that’s no proof of anything.

And whenever there is NO proof of say, collusion, then there is obviously no need for investigations of any sort.

I am amazed that there is anyone, even a democrat, who thinks Sotomayor is more qualified to be on the court than Kavanaugh. Talking about looking through the wrong end of the telescope.

And after all this discussion, all you’ll hear from any republican is “You didn’t prove him guilty, so there! You’re the guilty ones!”

We need a smarter class of trolls, these are just boring.
