Going inside at McDonalds gives you warm privacy and you don’t have to relieve yourself next to the bears in the woods.

He means that those Tourists usually had a bunch of Junk Food in their backpacks.

Tourists are usually too tough and stringy to eat. And, all that Cholesterol is bad for you.
