Young people! When my son came over for a visit one time he found my old K&E slide rule. His comment was “Wow! I’ve seen pictures of these, but I never thought I’d see one in real life!”
Wow, Roy isn’t the geek he pretends to be. A real geek would not only know what that is, but probably how to convert it to USB so you could use it with a computer.
I work at a vintage bank branch where I use a mid 1970’s typewriter for cashier’s checks and various other things. It never fails, I’ll be typing something and someone under 20 will come in, look at what I’m doing and ask “What’s that?” I have an old manual one in the back room as a backup. That one is just fascinating to the kids when I give tours.

But the font it uses is just not his type!
Actually, it is a musical instrument.

Ah, yes… I still remember the two-finger technique. Gave my index fingers the ultimate workout.
