Further interpretation from me:- Blimey = (originally) Cor Blimey = God blind [or bless] me, Now just a word expressing mild surprise- Cracking = terrific- Banger = sausage (probably pork, fried)- Innit = isn’t it- Laughing gear = mouth

it’s not just a dialect, he’s speaking entirely in slang. This is the equivalent of a millenial sending you a text entirely made out of emojis.
