Taste is in the mind of the partaker. These which Horace disdains I will gladly take off his hooves. That blue mold makes for some OUTSTANDING EATS!

I now mix blue cheese with Greek yogurt for my salads -had a big one of romaine, watercress & roma tomato with my turkey breast and buttered yam today. I’m not big on wines but Horace has to be truly ignorant to call them outdated fruit juice. I prefer gin with or without meals.
