Looks as if they are starting from the very beginning again. Without Sunday strips for a little more than a year, will the strips get close to syncing up with the actual date in a that time frame? (I didn’t bother to actually count and compare the dates.)
Welcome back, Peanuts Begins. I’d like to think the e-mail I sent GoComics yesterday may have had at least a little something to do with the restart, too …
If I could offer some historical context? After Charles Schultz died in February 2000 Go Comics ran some random strips from the 1970’s for a while and then began running the strips starting around 1954 or 1955. Then, a few years ago they began running “Peanuts Begins” to show the strips starting with the first strip that appeared in October 1950. I don’t think that they ever intended for “Peanuts Begins” to be another “Peanuts” site but to only show the early strips. If you want to see the rest of them then you need to go to the “Peanuts” site and use the calendar.

For those who can’t remember: Go back to 05 December. They started over, and filled in from the last Sunday strip they aired (04 December).

These are from the Lil Folks days I think. I had to back up to Dec 5, 2018. Yesterday I was still stuck on the same Sunday strip from Dec 4.
