And some people think it’s video games that make people violent when, obviously, it’s red balls.

Linus watching too many cowboy movies!

There is no place in the “funnies” for such violence! ;-)

Well, I guess Linus has never been to a dog park. Still, he should have known that that’s what dogs do. Funny, dogs only do that when owners throw the ball. Well, I guess Snoopy is a weird Beagle. I mean, a dog writing a novel. He did do a joke. He wrote, for his title, “A Love Story By Erich Beagle”.

Linus has a lot more hair than he had later on.

Sort of like Lucy yanking away Charlie Brown’s football at the last second.

I’m surprised there’s not 50 special interest groups screaming about the violence in this strip. Or demanding it’s removal.
