With Snoopy sitting right there. I have no doubt it hurt his ears.

I saw an ad for an “anxiety aid” online; a bronze or silver coloured metal tube with a sort of mouthpiece, on a chain. You’re supposed to blow into it to calm your anxiety. It makes no sound, and is fiendishly expensive. It looked amazingly like the old silent dog whistles CB is using here. In fact, exactly like them. Made me think somebody had a shipment of dog whistles they couldn’t sell.

CB, be thankful Snoopy didn’t growl and jump you for doing that. Like on Andy Griffith show when Barney got a dog named Blue to help them, (Barney’s bloodhound, s5ep6)

The whistle is supposed to make the dog come to you, not run away! You need a refund Charlie Brown!

Every once in a while one comes up I remember reading when I was a kid. lol

Poor Snoopy….those whistles are loud to dogs.

I once bought such a whistle for the family dog. She just gave me a puzzled look when I blew it.

We had this comic in a book when we were growing up. I think I read that book until it fell apart, if I remember right.
