Laziness is a sin? I always thought of it as my greatest virtue!

Frugality is not synonymous with greed.

I’m not lazy, I just have a terrible fear of being tired.

Long as Rat is not drinking low calorie beer.

Very creative of Rat to use psychology on himself as a workout motivator. Sort of like blowing on your own sail.

Wouldn’t parsimonious be a better description than greedy?

If you’ve joined the gym, Rat, you’re already paying the monthly fee, so you might as well go to the gym and get your money’s worth! Try taking a hot shower and then stretching out on a bench (by which I mean, just lie there)….

All that exercise will only result in a leaner, meaner Rat!

I’m having trouble following the logic of this conversation, (and it’s not because of the grammar error in the first panel). He joined an expensive gym that he knows he won’t go to because he’s greedy? Huh?

I hate going into work so much that the delay a morning workout provides is perfect motivation.
