3,000 man- and woman-hours combined?

Gracie is becoming a little political now.

Gracie, you’re wise enough to keep that to yourself.

The only women I’ve noticed in construction are directing traffic around work sites.

..and 500 hours if they work together.

Which is still a lot of work, Gracie.

You’d have to add 1,000 for reapplying makeup, plus 1,000 to have every step man-splained to you.

In the 60’s my belief in equal rights made me a radical. Now those same beliefs make me both a racist and sexist!

And now we see why Gracie will be a failure in life.

Will no longer read this sexist strip.

When I was a kid 60 odd years ago, both men and women laughed at the saying “A man works from sun to sun; a woman’s work is never done.” Gracie basically says the same thing and all the dandruff flakes go crazy. —And they say ‘snowflakes’ are sensitive.
