Observational curiosity: is the cause of this mutagenic plague because of the amesworth radiation that is being almost constantly used? it would make sense if it was, as the air is still teeming with this plague, and there is exstensive use of these ray guns, which utilize this type of radiation. Another observational curiosity: is that cat planning of slingshotting that firehydrant at the topsiders?
Clearly, we now know what happened to MacGyver after the war – he turned into a cat. Hates guns, check. Builds Rube Goldberg devices that would never work in real life, check.
