I love common sense solutions!

Check out 4ocean.com they sell bracelets made from ocean trash and use the money to pay fair wages to local people to clean trash from the ocean and beaches. Its a great charity that really does a good service to this planet. I gave a bunch as Xmas gifts. Please check it out. 4Ocean.com

Only way we are going to solve it is to go back to glass, paper, and steel cans. Stopping more plastic from entering the ocean won’t solve the problem, just makes it no larger. How about an eco-vacation cruise that takes people there and they fill the ship with the plastic trash, take it back to land, and recycle it?

Just look at any national park over the last few weeks to see how well people will do that.
