I agree with the husband. I buy thrift store tshirts and jeans, because I can sell them on eBay or re-donate them if I don’t like the fit, but if my clothes don’t have embarrassing holes, I see no point in getting new ones.
You can buy cute buttons by the jar at yard sales, thrift stores, etc. – I have approximately 2 gallons of them and need to find some way to use or display them…
Me: Does it fit? Does it have the requisite number of pockets? Is it made out of a durable material? Is it reasonably-priced? If the answer to any of these is “no”, it goes back on the rack.
