I’m not sure that’s true. There is some textual evidence I vaguely remember concerning OWLS examinations or something. Thought he did OK with those and impressed an examiner with his patronis summoning. Somebody here must have read the series more recently than 10 years or more ago right?

Actually, I think the honor of worst wizard is a tie between Neville Longbottom and Argus Filch (both squibs).

We know he’s a whiz of a whiz of a wizard because- because of the wonderful things that he does!

He knows like 5 spells. I’ve never even “seen” him do the Levy-O-SAH spell. A magic cloak that will hide anyone who is under it doth not a Wizard make.
