No meatloaf I’ve ever seen would have lasted long enough to have leftovers that many days in a row. Even with only two people in the house, ours would be gone by the end of the third day.
My meatloaf barely has ANY leftovers. We have it for dinner, and there is usually only one serving left for my wife’s lunch, and I am stuck with sandwiches, for the next day.
Seemed my mom made meatloaf at least twice a month when I was young. (Had eight people to feed and a limited budget.) Although my siblings still like it, I’ll pass if another option is available.

Ah yes. I grew up on leftovers. The original meal was never found…bada bing bada boom.
