I had one of those snow car sculptures after the Blizzard of ‘78. Even the engine was packed in snow. I had to scoop the snow out from under the car, then poke through the spaces between engine parts to knock snow loose, then scoop…poke…scoop…poke until the car would start. I let the heat of the engine melt the snow I couldn’t poke out.
I love Winky’s matching hat and sweater. He is such a stylish dog.
There was a couple in our area who would drive around and try to guess if it was a car or just a snow mound. Someone else carved out places in the snow on their car to make a face – it was cute. And yes, Winky looks really cute.

That dog isn’t too bright.

Yup. All it took was a bunch of snow, and doing nothing.

Little does he know that it’s an actual car.

Sometimes we have to love our friends even if they aren’t that bright.
