I remember as a kid in 2nd grade we moved. I asked for a pop at the candy store and got laughed at. Stupid kid…..it’s soda!!

I am completely baffled by this one!

I would never call it “pop”, but that’s all my Michigan relatives say. For some reason, I’m one of the odd ones who call any carbonated beverage a “soft drink.”

And this is why I stick with BEER!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Here in the South, any caramel-colored drink is a Coke. Not pop, not soda, just Coke, as the good Lord intended!

Oh. If it weren’t for the clever comments, I would have continued to think the waiter heard, “Give me a Poke,” or, “Bring me a Popsi.”

A soda consists of ice cream, soda water and flavoring.
