Adblock anybody?

I’ve never seen anyone get mad over ads before

I don’t mind the ads. Sites have to make money somehow. This site has ads and they don’t bother me because I can see the content. It’s those sites that pop up ads over the content that get to me.

Then you have sites that are so intent on the ads they are impossible to navigate. Weather.com and Yahoo.com are the worst offenders. They load at 1200 baud speed because of the ads, steal your focus so that when you think you are typing, you wind up clicking on an ad (KA_CHING) and if you try to read an article, it jumps all over the page and you wind up playing visual “whack-a-mole.”

Jason’s site just doesn’t Ad up.

Don’t you have to actually get people to your web page before you can get ads on it? (It’s an actual question. I don’t know how that stuff works)

No cover ads!

I don’t mind ads on my PC. It’s the ads on my phone that irritate me the most.

It is telemarketing that irritate me even more. I do not watch broadcast TV; I use Adblocker Ultimate and Privacy Badger, and do not go to sites that require disabling them.
