One time, bored and feeling silly, I made the ugliest face I could. It was a good ice breaker/bar joke to bet on who had the worst DMV picture.

So that’s how the college admission scam was caught

I made a silly face the last time I renewed my license and it wasn’t allowed. So I made a grumpy face and that was ok.

“I was courteous and helpful.”

Unfortunately, most of my DMV photos look like me.

When I had my passport picture taken, the instructions clearly said “NO SMILING”.

My DMV photo makes me look like a sullen WWI aeroplane pilot.

When we did the pictures for our restricted area badges, we weren’t allowed to take pictures of them smiling. They wanted them to look natural.

I got irritated when the clerk insisted that I smile. I pointed out to her that State Law doesn’t mandate a “smiling” photo. We ended up doing it my way.

I believe it!

Photos that made the people in them look as if they were still alive would have been bad enough.

One nice thing about a beard of white hair is that it doesn’t show. When I was younger I could shave twice before going to the center and still my face looked like Nixon’s at the 1960 debate.

I thought maybe he gave fast service.

My last DMV photo, the gentleman said the photo looked just like me. I told him he must get awfully sick in the stomach by the time he goes home every day.
