I still like the idea of Jim having Walt āpass onā to the retired cartoon charactersā home. There he could be ageless, like so many others that have not been in regular stripes for years. Family and friends could visit Walt on the porchā¦.. I have said all this before and just repeat it when thoughts of Waltās mortality become a concern of others and/or as we get closer to another Valentineās Day.

Yeah, Walt is like 111 now, by Scancarelliās own admission. I wonder whatās going to happen.
I was reading some of Dick Mooreās 1960s strips though, and at that point Joel was older than Walt. So the mysteries continueā¦.
