Almost all politicians lie occasionally. Some bend the truth a bit, some stretch it quite a bit, and some let out some real whoppers. But the scale on which Donald Trump lies with a pathological fervor, multiple times per hour, is unprecedented. Not even Richard Nixon comes close.
A commenter on another toon quoted Groucho’s Captain Spalding. I looked up appropriate Groucho quotes to add but didn’t. Still, for the Crooked Donny one here, I’d like to go with Groucho’s “The secret of life is honesty and fair dealing. If you can fake that, you’ve got it made!” tRump’s life is proof of that!
